The Sancerre House

From 300€, 2 characterful rooms are at your disposal in this building from the XIVth century.

The first one, with a seating capacity of 50 attendees with a theatre style, looks out onto Sancerre vineyards.

The second one, right under the roof, has great character with its framework built like an upside down nave. This room capacity is 100 attendees.

These prices include electricity, heating, audio and video equipment, as well as the visit of the scenographic area (for 30 persons for a half day rental, 50 persons for a all day rental).

Are not included:
– Coffee
– access to the terrace for a cocktail party
– Commented tasting (tailor made tasting : discovery of the terroir, the difference between 4 vintages, matching wine and local meals, learning how to taste wine…).
